Blog: Transformational Leadership Insights
Starting January 2020 I have published, at a pace of around one a month, around 80 LinkedIn posts on transformational leadership and counting.
Some set out frameworks I have built myself, others take an idea from a book, a piece of research, or from a publication like Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review or McKinsey Quarterly. I benchmark these frameworks myself against what I have seen that does and does not work in practice.
The motivation has remained unchanged: sharing helpful frameworks, tools and best practices for leaders who want to make change actually happen.
